“Couldn't even get clean towels when we asked for them. No dining areas nearby, have to take tricycle. Room was small. But, I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I love the daily breakfast. Lots of selection. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room twice. Didn’t know we have to tell them it’s ready to do the cleaning . The staff at the desk are very pleasant & helpful & polite. Good location. Will stay there again. Hopefully, the bathroom is updated next time.😊”

“There was no towels, no soap, no tissue paper. The pool was absolutely filthy. The shower didn't work at all. They moved us rooms which at least it helped that. There is no restaurant. There is no snack bar. There is nothing to eat. They said go down the road. There is a restaurant. It was closed. My Filipino wife got herself some soup at a nearby canteen and we brought it back to the hotel and asked for a bowl and our first answer was oh we don't have those until I kept asking the right……

“Loved this place. Very unique location. However ensure to go to Padre Burgos town and take a boat to the resort. If you drive to resort, you won't have opportunities to book boat tours at the resort. The staff was very helpful in accommodating whatever we were interested in eating and dealing with food allergies. They have kayak for rent to go out in the water. Communication is lacking pre-arrival as the booking agency is not responsive by messaging and phone.”

“While the room was a nice size with AC, it only had a bed and table with one chair. The bathroom shower floor was the same level as the main bathroom floor which resulted in the entire bathroom floor getting wet when taking a shower. There was also a strong sewage smell throughout our stay.”

“What a hidden gem. Beautiful surroundings and views. Restaurant well priced, generous portions and enjoyable. Accomodation cost extremely well priced. Was stopover on way back to Manila but next time will stayover few days to enjoy the ambience and facilities more. ”
