“Nice trip staff. Nice lake. But place needs a scrub down.”

“Great staff”

“Just the rate but it’s not worth it”

“The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. Plenty of chilled water machines on site, the aircon worked very well in the room, the pool was good but needed some daily cleaning of leaves and bugs in the water; I am sure that is a never ending struggle. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful……

“We do enjoyed the stay…. We like the activities like fishing, kayaking and Swimming The place was relaxing, feeling the nature is the best, maybe more activities to add on. The staff are very nice too. Thank you”

“Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. ”

“Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!”

“Good”

“The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. ”
