"This home was great! Very spacious, everyone felt like they had there own space and privacy. We had five adults and 1 child, 1 baby. The bonus room next to one of the bedrooms upstairs worked out fantastic for the couple with the two small children. The views were amazing. We had a couple small issues BUT when we called they answered right away and they issue was taken care of immediately. I would stay here again and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Oroville with a beautiful lake view."

"Because of the size of our group, we booked the lodge along with the campground, yurt, and the homestead cabin. The set up was marvelous for our family of 43. The beds were comfortable, and spaces were well-equipped. The kitchen was our main selling point. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to prepare and serve food. Inside plus outside seating easily accommodated our large group. The weather was too warm to have a campfire, but the campfire space was an excellent outdoor gathering space. Mark and Trish are fantastic hosts! They responded quickly to restock items and any questions we had. They greeted us warmly and were able to give us pointers to help us thoroughly enjoy our stay. Highly recommended!!!"

"Had a great stay! Worked perfectly for our “needs”. We stayed here the night before our fishing tournament at Bullards Bar. Plenty of room to park both of our boats and tow vehicles. Very nice house. Would definitely stay again, and recommend. The only thing that would have made it better for our situation would have been to have either two adult sized twin or full beds in the room that had bunk beds. But, I’m sure that a family with younger kids would find the bunk beds ideal for their situation."
