"Location is great, view is magnificent however management is terrible. They made us check-in to a dirty room, somebody had clipped nails on the couch, dirt on the floor everywhere. Asked for coffee at 10:30 in the evening and answer is kitchen closed. Coffee is made in the kitchen?
