“We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. The neighborhood is lively at night. The owner was kind and responsive and communicated well which was greatly appreciated. One……

“So many roaches! Can’t get back in your room if you step out. Filthy! Should be condemned! Should be shut down immediately!”

“I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“The facility was filthy, and the beds were not changed. i found food, pubic hair and what looked like bed bugs on the linens. i checked out immediately.”

“The room was quite clean but shabby. The flooring was some type of laminate where the glue seems to have failed and so every step is a crinkle. Towels were fine and the climate control worked well.”

“Very nice hotel-not a typical Red Roof in that there is no outside access to the rooms. Room was clean and freshly painted, everything worked, coffee and hot water available in the lobby all day and night. Location seemed very safe, although a bit isolated.”

“The roon was dirty. Hair in the bed, on the pillows, and in thw sink. Acculumation of dirt and devrisbin the corners on the floor. Door didn't shut properly, which was exposed to rhe outside elements, so there was cold air blowing in the whole time. Was very dirty! Will never stay there again. ”

“I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff are especially welcoming. The room was simple and clean, a clean place to lay my head for the night. A pleasant surprise for sure. Would recommend visiting out of town family and friends to stay. Great value for the price. ”
