“The food at the property was impressive. There was a varied selection at breakfast which was nicely presented. The vegetarian option on the restaurant menu was delicious. When we arrived we were not shown to our room, and were told it was on a different road we took ages to find it, and were given conflicting information by different staff members as to where to go. There were lots of shards of glass around the pool and loungers this this was still visible the following day. There did not……

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Generell ist die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Zur innenstadt sind es mit dem auto ca. 15-20 Minuten und es gibt einen gesicherten Parkplatz. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sauber und sehr erfrischend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. “The location was perfect for what we wanted to do - i.e. see Mt. Etna and visit Taormina. The grounds are landscaped beautifully as the pictures show and the cabin is as small as the pictures suggest. As long as you can use the front deck, as we did, you don't feel too cramped. The 'buffet' breakfast must be something lost in translation. There was a jar of cookies and a basket of packaged pastries but that was it. Beware the kitchen is very small and almost impossible to cook in. The only pot……

“The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers.”
