"Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Lage am See ist absolut herrlich und die tolle Umgebung lädt zu langen Radtouren und Spaziergängen ein. Das Ruderboot haben wir auch mehrmals genutzt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-) Im 2km entfernten Restaurant kann man gut essen. Auch dort waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. "

"This has been the stay that I dreamed on for a while. Absolute in the middle of nowhere at a beautiful lake with jetty and boat in a simple but luxurious place for the place that you are. Fireplace and chill out deck, fishing, hiking… I can recommend this place if you do not need party, bars and nightlife. The hosts are super nice and communicative, everything went smooth from booking to checking in and so on. Ok, mentioning mosquitos and ticks is honest - but everybody looking for place that...

"Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön , wenn man absolute Ruhe haben möchte und einfach mal raus aus dem Alltag kommen möchte. Die Ausstattung ist sehr mau, es gibt kein Sieb und keine topflappen. In der Spühlmaschine war kein Salz und im Bilderrahmen keine Bilder .Oben im Schlafzimmer ist sehr schlechte Luft , so schlimm, dass wir beide nach Tag 1 lungenprobleme hatten. "I was disappointed. As a former resident of Kongsvinger I happen to know that this used to be the very best Hotel in the town. It can now only be described as 'tired'. The staff were courteous, but not especially customer oriented. Room was comfortable, but not what I expected of a higher end hotel. The sauna was good, but the pool was very cold. Breakfast on day 1 was interesting as the yoghurt placed on the buffet had gone off. Not the very best advertisement for Kongsvinger."
