“The hotel is located in a small almost deserted village 15 mins away from Dubrovnik. There is nothing there except the hotel and one small mini-mart. You can take a bus to town. The room was spacious and nice. The walls are thin so you can hear people in the next room. The breakfast was very basic. One staff member was rude but the other was very nice. We stayed out exploring as long as we could. I would say this is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, isolated, but within 15 min bus ride to Dubrovnik.”

“We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Every person on staff that we met were lovely - always greeting with a smile and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent - great variety. “This is a wonderful hotel and we’re surprised how much we liked it. It had a unique history (built 50 years ago under the communist government. It is the brutalist architectural style. The views from our room were phenomenal as was the restaurants and amenities. The room was not as organized as it could have been with little stored for suitcases. Highly recommend”
