“We arrived late around 7.45pm due to traffic jam but there was no one to let us in, the kind chap from the restaurant downstairs contacted the owner and let us in. The water heater was not working, we showered with cold water🙄 We couldn't boil water to make a coffee because the power points at the sink counter were not working😔 The only thing good was the location. Please upgrade your amenities. ”

“Good: Friendly staffs, Running reliable hot showers, nice interior design, bed comfort was good/average, great location next to mall & restaurants, bottled water & towels were provided, no curfews 24-7. Bad: Almost all rooms have no windows (& this was not mentioned in room description), toilet bowl & shower walls needs proper scrubbing, smart TV remote was not functioning, no toiletaries (no soap, shampoo etc). Theres Mosquito... dont know how it went inside despite the room having no……

“You guys confirmed my booking, by the time we get there my book confirmation wasn’t there. I wrote an email to your management, they haven’t replied on my email. I believed I have been scammed by Expedia, never again to book with you guys. The receptionist in that hotel was rude and unhelpful”
