The unit was listed as "Penthouse". It was a basic unit with outdated furniture. But the most important reason why you should avoid this rental is because the owner of the property listed will attempt to fraudulently charge you more money for damages that did not occur during you stay.
This happened to us. We stayed there for three nights, and were charged an extra 996.12 (almost $1000 extra) for damage that did not occur during our stay there.
Our advice to you is to videotape the whole unit upon entry, and to do the same before you depart. This will prevent Teresa Clark from scamming you and others.
