The service Crews are good except the incident of the security guard dealing with taxi driver to drive us from hotel to MOA for 400 pesos which is double price from the standard metered taxi. Upon leaving the hotel, the taxi driver gave the Kuya guard 50pesos and said it's for the parking. The hotel is in renovation, that's why I think, the place was not so clean. The food was also ok.

Poor check in experience
I was made to wait for an hour to check in despite the room being paid for already. This after a very long international flight. I also asked for a food menu so I can order food whilst waiting but I was told it is only in the room so need to wait till I get checked in. Very disappointing check in experience

Tv was not working like it suposed to do . After complaining they try to fix it .but no sucses. Neighbourhood is noisey dirty and there are realy anoying people there.
