"Our room wasn't clean. Dirty flash eye lash in one of the beds. The shampoo etc bottles were empty on the shelf. The room smelt like AC hadn't been ran in months. We all woke up with coughs. We looked for other places to stay but chelan was completely booked for the weekend so we were stuck. Tons ..."

"Everything was clean and wonderful but my favorite part was the breakfast staff. They were constantly attending to the food and restocking before something was completely empty and helping with spills and keeping everything running smoothly and calmly. Much appreciated."

"The hotel stay was really good. The outlets were overused. Some work, some don't, and most places that you think are not used, we use in the bathroom or the kitchen. Other than that, everything else was just perfect. I guess I have to say the staff was excellent. The room was very clean, very professional. ..."
