“The pool was out of order. There was no continental breakfast served. The sink wouldn't drain, and the shower wouldn't get hot. The bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.

“When we arrived we couldn’t find anyone to check us in. There was a sign posted stating they were away from the desk, but they had a wireless phone so call the number posted so they knew we were there. We called the number, but the wireless phone was just sitting at the front desk so it didn’t connect to anyone. We waited around 15 mins and someone finally showed up to check us in.
Aside from that, it was fairly clean. We got a room w a king size bed & a pull out couch for our daughter to……
