The rooms and lobby area are super fancy and well-appointed, the housekeepers are on top of everything, and the location is safe and SO convenient. We extended our stay several times and couldn’t be happier. And OMG the hot tub rooms are amazing!!! So relaxing and peaceful. Big thumbs-up!!"

"The room was thoughtfully remodeled. There were usb ports, ample surfaces to put luggage off the floor, reading lights controlled from the bed, small fridge and microwave. The bed and linens were comfortable. "

"This was a GREAT option for Lassen Volcanic National Park. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy with a nice mini-fridge and microwave. The restaurant across the street (same company) was excellent with some great sunset views from the large windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."
