The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The open layout includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large-screen TV. The dining area flows into a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and breakfast nook.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with shower, and direct access to a screened balcony with outdoor seating. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a full bathroom across the hall. A washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience.

Guest Access:
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master). Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities for relaxation and recreation.
