Charming Country Home in Mayenne – Sleeps 6, Hot Tub, Hiking Trails

In the valleys of Mayenne, a beautiful, comfortable country house, with its open barn for sheltered moments in all seasons. Large equipped kitchen, very large living room with wood stove and convertible sofa (5th and 6th bed - supplement €15/pers/night). Two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds 90*200. Inflatable spa heated in season (May-September). Beds made, linen and charges included.
Site with numerous hiking trails - even from the gîte, Vélo Francette greenway 2.5km away. Not to be missed: the small characterful town of Lassay-les-Châteaux (14km), with its 3 castles, including the castle, its gardens, signs and windows of yesteryear where it is good to stroll.
Local shops 2.5km away, La Chapelle au Riboul.
Professional stay: 2 people maximum - obligatory cleaning (1 per stay of 1 to 14 nights). Single storey gite for all rooms except 3 steps to living room. KITCHEN fitted 26m² with fridge, freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, whisk - LIVING ROOM 33m² with television, wood stove, armchairs and a convertible sofa 160x200, curtains to separate the kitchen space - BEDROOM 1 of 12m² and BEDROOM 2 of 13m² each with 2 twin beds 90x200, storage.
Heating and air conditioning with heat pump.
70m² open barn with garden furniture, 4 deck chairs and 4-seater Lay-Z inflatable spa, heated from May to September. Weber charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment: 1 travel cot with 1 mattress (bring your sleeping bag) - bathtub - changing mat - high chair. Notify before arrival to bring the equipment.
Fully enclosed 315m² plot of land - Children's swing set - Racket games - Board games.
INCLUDED: beds made - bathroom linen - kitchen linen - electric heating and air conditioning - wood for the stove.
OPTION: cleaning 50€
Pets not allowed. Everything is on one level except the living room: access via 4 steps.
Italian shower.

From the N12 between Mayenne and Pré-en-Paille, take the direction of La Chapelle-au-Riboul via the D129. Travel 3.6km, then turn right towards the place called: La Seradinaie.
Travel 600m. House with anthracite gray gate on your right.
From the D35 between Mayenne and Bais. Turn right to follow Chapelle-au-Riboul via the D129. Cross La Chapelle-au-Riboul towards "Le Hops - Lassay-les-Châteaux". Travel 2km. Then turn left towards La Seradinaie. Travel 600m. House with anthracite gray gate on your right.

Séjour reposant

Séjour reposant à la campagne. Pas de bruit. Le logement est très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit plus le spa et les jeux extérieurs à l'abri de la pluie.
