A table and chairs and sun lounger make the balcony the ideal setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply reading a good book as you’re massaged by fragrant ocean breezes.

The unit features wood flooring and is adorned with eye-catching furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. The sliding glass doors brighten the rooms with natural light and give you a constant view of palm trees against a blue-sky backdrop.

The fully stocked kitchen features wooden cabinets and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the elegant dining room table. And of course no Marco Island kitchen is complete without a blender for frozen tropical beverages to sip on the balcony as the sun goes down.

We want you to enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, so the unit comes with amenities like heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and cable. It also gives you beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs and cooler.

The Tradewinds is renowned for its deluxe amenities. Take a refreshing swim in the triangular heated swimming pool lined with sun loungers. Fire up one of the grills and enjoy a poolside barbeque on a picnic table shaded by an umbrella. You can even participate in the daily activities in the social room.

Every day, a short walk takes you somewhere new and exciting. Put on your flip-flops and head down to the warm sands and limitless activities of the Paradise Coast. The shallow water makes for optimum snorkeling.
