“Quiet and cozy place to stay, Facility is old but works well. Host is kind, only thing I don’t like that I paid by cash, they did not give me receipt. Said “we don’t have receipt for cask”!”

“Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again”

“A nice clean place. We really liked the assigned parking in the garage. Easy access to the apartment.”

“The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. The unit also had fruit flys and I could not figure out where they were coming from. There was also a hair in the cotton swabs, I brought my own so I wasn't to stressed. I also think they should think about getting different towels, the white ones looked dirty and……

“We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience!”

“it was spare but clean, got the job done for us. it was a little confusing for parking, but the host directed us after calling them. venice beach is pretty sketchy now to be honest, but there are some nice restaurants by the marina, we mostly drove to the other places, but driving and finding parking in LA is mostly easy.”

“Very rude host , was very hard to get a hold of the host .She treat me like I was some kind of retarted and on top of that it seems that the sheets were not even clean .Last thing , the pictures were not even matching with the layout of the apartment ”
