“My family of 4 recently stayed at this beautiful Condo on the lake! We couldn’t have asked for better views or a nicer place to stay. Check in was easy and efficient! I wish we could have stayed longer! We can’t wait to go back again. ”

“Gorgeous apartment, stylish and comfortable. Great location. Seems to be a thing in Rochester for cars to have loud muffler..that was annoying at night but otherwise a fantastic stay.”

“New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. Again, very nice but needs...

“The property is in a great location as its very walkable to shops, restaurants and Seneca Lake. The host met us upon our arrival and walked us through to familiarized us with the property.The condo was 1 of 3 in the building. It was quiet and each property had 2 parking spaces. It is very roomy, clean and well stocked. Each bedroom had king size beds which were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It is an older building so it has it quirks like...

“We enjoyed our stay. Location is great for easy access to Rochester. The bottle of wine & chocolates on dining room table was a welcoming extra special touch. my wife really appreciated the Brita water in refrig. Couple of small suggestions to make a stay even better: more lighting.... light on front porch to help see lock and enter code in dark. small battery operating sensor lights on inside stairs...as they are numerous and steep. small side tables with reading lights on each side of bed”

“Perfect place for our weekend stay! Walking distance to shops, food, and the beach! We walked to the lighhouse every morning!The rental was clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well-appointed. Thad was very quick to respond to respond. We notified him that only half the toaster worked and a new one arrived the next day!Would definitely stay here again!”

Overall a good stay, however, there were some discrepancies with check-in/checkout times on the Trip itinerary versus the email from the rental company. They also expect a lot of extra cleaning from the guest even though they charge a cleaning fee.”
