"Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. "The room was very clean, comfortable bed. All my basic needs for a one stop, just driving by. Staff were very friendly felt safe as single woman traveler. They could not do enough with any requests. I wished the TV was bigger and a working Arial signal was in the room. But I was not in the room much so it never really mattered. There was parking, luckily just outside the door. Would stay again if I visited."

"This is a great hotel option. Rooms very clean with two double beds - hard to beat for the price. Ev charging is excellent. £10 for a minimum of 6 hours allowing a full charge on my car. When compared to the price of local public charging (£30-£40) this is a fantastic additional benefit. Only slight negative is that the hotel only allows guests to all check from 3pm even if rooms are ready. This meant we had to hang around for 45 minutes to check in at which point a crowd of guests were also queuing to check in. Please review the approach for check-in as there has to be a better way!!"
