The riad has a beautful layout. There are two open sanctums for gathering and eating, and the rooms are really clean and have every amenity a traveler needs. A/C, mini fridge, comfortable bed, full bath and walk in shower. Would love to stay again soon

We had a very pleasant stay at the Riad Azia. Hamza handled majority of our logistics and other schedules in very efficient manner. He also assisted with a tour and some other requirements. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive during our stay. The location is away from Medina but good access to everything within Marrakech.

Flawless stay and wonderful staff

Fantastic stay! Beautiful riad conveniently located with super spacious rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even helped me print a speech I forgot to print in the UK. Super thoughtful and accommodating for everything! Highly recommend dishing here. Breakfast was fantastic also!

Nice place, lovely staff and food.

Really friendly staff, amazing breakfast, huge place. I thought a little over priced for my room with separate bathroom. The heater was a bit noisy and the hot water took a very long time to reach the taps/shower. Needs more hangers in the wardrobe

What stood out for this booking for us was the staff and service. Ahmed and Chaimae and the team that looked after went beyond the call of duty to make sure our trip, comfort and security in traveling was first class. I cannot recommend this Riad enough.

This is a brand new riad with excellent facilities. Very comfortable, luxurious, clean, and very impressive mixing between the traditional and modern riad Issam and Ahmed were very helpful and courteous. The riad is well positioned, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket are within 2 minutes walk. Very close to a golf course. Excellent dining option and good menu upon reservation. Bed is very comfortable.

The Staff was helpful. The place was pleasant. It was relatively convenient to the airport, less so to the Marrakesh attractions. The large pool was out of order. There was a general air of friendliness to the place, and perhaps the faintest whiff of potential, which I hope is fulfilled.

The signage outside is almost non-existent. i was looking for a US or European style hotel but its really a massive private home thats been converted to more like an AirBNB look. i figured it out and was amazed at how beautiful inside,

This is one of the most gorgeous riads I’ve ever stayed at - it’s conveniently located a short distance from the airport and less than 10 minutes by taxi to the Medina. The premises are gated for safety and safety privacy. The premises are immaculate and just beautiful - I I was immediately welcomed by the most gracious of hosts who was super friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. There’s a charming pool on the front lawn,where one fine feline sunbathes all day basically. The interior is majestic and just plain gorgeous - lots of light authentic Moroccan decor plenty of room to sit and enjoy a cup of tea, spacious rooms with everything you need or want - AC, huge renovated bathroom fully stocked with shampo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, etc. The room contains a fridge as well as. Water heater. The bed was super comfy. And the breakfast is just amazing!! All round tho Riad is superb and I warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh

L’arrivée : L’équipe du riad est sympathique et serviable. En revanche, il manque des informations précises avant l’arrivée pour trouver la bonne entrée. Comme il y a trois riads apparemment gérés par le même propriétaire et qu’une seule porte permet l’accès, il serait utile de fournir des instructions claires. Après environ 10 minutes d’attente sous 37 °C, l’expérience d’arrivée devient moins agréable. La chambre : La chambre est spacieuse, mais certains détails manquent pour offrir une expérience vraiment confortable : Pas de rideaux occultants : la chambre est très lumineuse dès le matin. Une seule petite poubelle, uniquement dans la salle de bain. La qualité des serviettes est médiocre. La petite piscine n’est jamais nettoyée, ce qui la rend inutilisable. Le petit-déjeuner : Pour un riad qui se présente comme haut de gamme, le petit-déjeuner manque clairement d’originalité et de qualité : Produits peu soignés, notamment le pain servi, sec et semblant dater de plusieurs jours. Aucune touche locale ni raffinée qui refléterait l’image d’un riad de luxe.

Très beau, superbe vue sur le jardin. Excellent petit déjeuner. Juste à côté de l’aéroport mais très calme. J’étais sans doute hors saison: l’hôtel semblait vide. J’ai croisé 3-4 personnes. BÉMOLS 1-: accès aux piscines et jardins intérieurs - après m’avoir mentionné que l’hôtel est regroupé avec 3 autres Riad ce qui permet l’accès aux piscines et jardins intérieurs avec fierté, on m’annonce (au moment où je veux effectivement profiter de ces installations) que ce n’est pas possible parce qu’ils sont en maintenance à ce moment. Je n’ai même pas accès au terrain. Je vois les piscines de ma chambre: elle ne sont pas en maintenance et il n’y a aucun travaux sur le terrain. Il y a une jolie petite piscine à l’entrée que je peux utiliser. Je me questionne sur la réelle possibilité d’accéder au terrain car il y a une clôture sans porte face à la porte qui mène au jardin. 2- Au moment d’aller à la chambre, on m’annonce que je suis chanceuse car ils m’ont up-gradée. On me dit que je devais avoir une chambre avec salle de bain séparée! Ce n’était mentionné nul part dans ma réservation!

Die Hotelmitarbeitenden waren alle super herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns bei allen Belangen und Fragen super unterstützt. Das Riad ist auch sehr schön. Leider konnten wir den großen Pool der auch mit inseriert ist nicht nutzen. Aber ansonsten war alles super.
