The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices.

Honest review, family of 5 kids 10 and under. Family room. Room: Broken toilet seat, ants in room, housekeeping done twice in 5 days. After housekeeping, room smelt of damp mop. Room was nice, with good air con, comfy bed & good shower. However our sheets werent changed at all during an 11 night stay. Food was generally good and staff were very friendly. The main (one heated) pool was nice but got very busy. Lots of aqua aerobics, zumba, yoga etc by the pool, which was average. ...
