“The location was great; it was so dark in the place lot of lights burned out, it was hard to see to play shuffleboard, some of the women complained about the bunk beds being hard to sleep on. This place would be great for someone with children. But all in all was a good stay.”

“Perfect for a little family getaway! The heat advisory kept us inside more than we’d planned, but the place is set up nicely, so we still had a great time playing games and making meals together!”

“The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. “Fantastic Location and very airy, modern and comfortable rooms. Great shower!”

“We have stayed here several times and always enjoy ourselves. The lofts are in a great location and well-maintained, cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is convenient and stocked with essentials. Jen is also super responsive.”

“Was very nice & we loved that it was only a short drive to Starved Rock. We would stay here again!”

“I booked the house for a work trip for three weeks. The grill was filthy, rusted, and the electronic ignite didn't work. It took two weeks to get a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bunkbed room was dirty with dark spots. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and torn. Housekeeping attempted to launder it but ended up throwing the……
