“No WiFi (!), very unusual for today's traveler, as we count on it. More importantly, does this property have cleaning and maintenance staff? Nice towels and hair dryer in a modernized bathroom, but no toilet paper (!), soap dispenser was empty, and there was garbage in the toilet. With poorly washed dishes in the kitchen (which had no dish towel) and crumbs left in the sandwich maker, we are left thinking the room was not cleaned after the previous guests. Were the sheets even changed? Nice……

“You can’t imagine how traumatic this place was. The police had to come, I don’t know what was happening in the apartment. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. It was impossible to stay there, and it’s also very far from the city center. I truly hope to receive a full reimbursement.”

“Heel erg vies. Tijdens het inchecken nog mensen aangetroffen in de kamer. Het hele gebouw is vies. Er is geen zwembad. Die was leeg en vies. Het is niet aan te raden. We hebben andere plek gekregen maar die was even verschikkelijk. Smerig en geen handdoeken geen schone beddengoed en srond naar sigaretten.”
