All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and major comforts.
A 500-square-meter communal garden surrounds the facility, with outdoor showers for sand washing or other purposes.
There is a recreational area in the garden with an extra equipped kitchen, table, chairs, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a barbecue.
All major services ( bars, bakeries, grocery stores, butcher shops, supermarkets, market are within 100 meters, including a sports complex with tennis courts, skating rink, and playground.
The house is less than 90 mt from the central beach, in front of the Gran Canarie square, where there are shows on summer evenings.
Included in the stay, each apartment benefits from a beach umbrella plus two sunbeds at the Portofino beach establishment.
The area is safe and the car can be safely parked along the garden fence.
The beach is among the safest of the Italian coasts, because in addition to the shallow water and warm water (ideal for children), it is surrounded by wave breakers that further protect it from any abnormal event.
