“We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s home. It is the quintessential, cozy Maine cottage nestled into a sleepy cove with incredible views and water access. The home is equipped with everything one would need and came with homemade muffins and a welcome basket! We highly recommend and hope to return!”

“Wonderful stay. The beautiful dock visible in the photos is damaged and unusable, and this was not disclosed to us. All that being said, we would happily stay here again. No complaints, gorgeous property, well equipped. ”

“An excellent waterfront house in owls head.The property was just as described in the listing and accompanying photos, which is not always the case in our experience. The location is very close to all the restaurants and other must-sees in the Rockland area, and the view of the bay and harbor from inside the house is extraordinary. The configuration of the house is very user friendly, and having available ac is a real plus.”

“We had a wonderful time in Rockport, Rockland, Thomaston and Camden, easily accessable from this house. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. The only tricky part is that in order to get to the bedrooms upstairs, you have to walk through the third bedroom which can be awkward if the person in that room wants to sleep in. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully……

“Our time in Owls Head was fantastic! The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space inside and outside for all five of us to spread out and relax. The kids especially loved getting to play outside. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more and was so convenient for our daily excursions. We would definitely recommend this property to any one visiting the area!”

“I visit the coast of Maine often and when I can plant my roots in mid coast for the week with a group of friends, this house/property in Friendship is becoming my go to. I feel like I'm home while staying there. Wonderful view of the water for a beautiful sunrise or sunset. It's wonderful to be able to jump into a kayak on a whim to cruise around the lobster boats without having to drive somewhere else. The house easily holds a group of people giving everyone plenty of their own space to sit……

“Perfect! Views from this property are overwhelming! We even have one that we took at 3:30 AM and you cannot describe it with words. Water was smooth as glass and the stars and two planets made it even more breathtaking.The cottage was a perfect maine cottage. It is well maintained, clean and up to date. It is within 5 minutes of Rockland and for us that was a plus. We have plans to book next year. If you are looking for a home away from home you will not be disappointed.”

“This property was very modern and looked newly renovated. It was way more spacious than we were expecting! Exceptionally clean and host is very accommodating. If ever back in the area again, we would choose this spot! Appreciate Stephen and all his help. ”

“Love the three full bathrooms!!!Each space is private so although I was there with my whole family we still had privacy. The kitchen was amazing and loved that the TVs were on mobile stands so could move to wherever we wanted them.Hosts were so receptive and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back!”
