“This is not on the beach, but it is a quick 2 minute drive or maybe 10 minute walk from beach access. Everything we wanted to do was 10 minutes or less away. The place itself was very clean and had everything myself and two kids needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Very impressive decorative place except in the master bedroom the tv is in awful Place my husband hit his head really bad coming in from the outside patio. And thermostat was a little hard to figure out but overall it’s a beautiful condo”

“From check in (other than the timeshare people we had to interact with to get our wristbands) to check out our stay was fabulous. The condo was the perfect size for myself and my daughter. The bed was super comfy, the shower was good size and the washer though small held quite a bit of laundry. We didn’t use the stove as I refused to cook while we were there…lol. If I had a complaint it would be the water pressure in the shower was lacking but we made it just fine. Would definitely stay again.”

“The condo was super clean and had plenty of room for me and my son. I searched and searched to find a place for the 4th of July that was basically last minute. The owner that rented it to me really went out of their way to make it work for us. This was our first time visiting the Destin area and this condo was right in the middle of the Sandestin Resort which is great place for families. I definitely recall this place for anyone on a budget.”

“Some reviews of others gave us some reservation of the place. My wife even asked me to buy bed bug spray before heading to FL. We would like to thank the owner for honoring the initial low asking price saving us some money from the last-minute rental. We were very glad we rent the unit instead of a hotel room. Certainly, the resort is not a 4*. So, we don't expect as such. It is better than 2* hotel. The check-in was quick. The unit is quite spacious. There are two large queen-size beds compared……
