“Expedia let us down by not paying our payment to the hotel so we spent 45 mins on the phone to Expedia in the reception trying to explain that we had paid and they needed to moat the hotel but they were all A bunch of idiots at Expedia. Receptionist was unhelpful at first but eventually warmed up to our predicament. Room was lovely and breakfast was amazing”
