“服務細心，我check out後叫酒店幫我call taxi，幫我call完後，因的士不能直達酒店門口，還派員工陪同我出路口(其實不足一分鐘路程)等的士，陪我等到的士到，送埋我上車才回酒店。”

“Lovely boutique hotel located on the river with all the dining amenities at your doorstep. Very well positioned to explore all of Pisa with the tower just a short 10minute walk through town. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful and informative on our arrival. Would recommend to any traveller looking for a comfortable break without any fuss! ”

“A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.”

“This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. It was a hassle to get in as this B&B is located in a yard that is accessed through a building which requires an access code.. I was just lucky to find someone who opened the door for me and gave me the number to contact the……
