“All the amenities you could hope for. An enclosed, outdoor kitchen with air conditioning. Large patio to enjoy the river from. And close enough to civilization for gas and groceries or bar/restaurant. Can recommend this place enough. It gets all the stars.”

“The cottage was in the perfect location for the activities we had planned for the weekend. Shopping was very close by. We felt very safe staying there. The place was very clean and very comfortable. “It was very convenient to restaurants and stores as well as the event we were there for approximately 15 minutes away. Rooms and home was nice, clean and quiet. Would recommend ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Was a little warm at times and the fans would have helped.”

“This house was amazing! A few baseball families stayed here for a tournament we had in the area. Game room, pool, pool house, the way the house is designed, amenities….all amazing! Met our needs perfectly. Kids and adults had everything we needed with this property. Joanna was so helpful and great to work with. We would definitely recommend and would rent again in a heartbeat! Lovely place!”

“Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately. Anything the property didn't have could be gotten by quick Walmart+ delivery. Over range……
