“Pleasant neighborhood, easy access to downtown. It was comfortable enough. This could be a phenomenal place with a little better housekeeping and attention to detail. It was very reasonably priced and I imagine a family would love the basement game room. The owner was responsive to text and email communication.Six lightbulbs were burned out. We had to scavenge bulbs and lamps from other rooms in order to have bedside lamps. I did not receive a welcome/instruction letter until after check-in……

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were in town for a wrestling tournament for our boys. Provided everything we needed, clean space to unwind at. Comfortable beds to sleep in, washer and dryer to wash their clothes and a kitchen that was fully equipped to make breakfast. Check-in process was super easy, parking was close and being connected to the sky walk was also a nice bonus. ”

“Claire's VRBO home - Tiger Cove - was perfect for mine and my daughter's girls trip! The pull out was firm enough for my daughter's back pain, and the king sized bed was perfect to spread out in! The laundry in the basement was very convenient. There are tags everywhere for ease of stay. Would book again if I'm in Des Moines! 5 stars! ”

“We had a great family weekend in Des Moines. The house is fantastic for a large group. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. Plenty of bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The game room in the basement was super fun! Everyone had plenty of space and a great time! When we arrived the front door was open and two men were in the entryway with large equipment. They seem to have been repairing the kitchen floor. That was odd, and awkward, but it seemed fine. There was a layer of dust on every……
