“This is a very cool place. Set off in the back along a woodline, secluded and yet not. Played air hockey and fossball which was a blast from the past. Would indeed stay again if in the area.”

“Very clean! Excellent amenities! Comfortable and convenient.”

“Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!”

“Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.”

“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed……

“Rural setting. Gorgeous property. Clean. Well maintained. Close to Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Easy/cheap UBER ride to Ann Arbor. Close to groceries, gas, convenience.”

“Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.”

“Great place to stay. Right in Depot Town. Steps from dinning and shopping.Loved the place.”

“House was what we needed for a family of 5. Beautiful view and friendly area. Dock was great for views and catching fish. Under water growth a bit extensive but if your patient/persistent no big deal. Bugs was horrible at night but to be expected near marsh/water. We loved our stay!”

“The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.”

“Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. The rooftop porch……

“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“A very comfortable, attractive two bedroom with an ample living/dining open plan. It was clean and well supplied with housekeeping basics. I do love a VRBO that provides wine glasses! The apartment is in a historic building in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. There are several restaurants within two blocks as well as interesting antique stores and a couple of small museums.”

“Everything was so clean and the host was very easy to contact and responded quickly.”

“nice little stay”
