Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. The pool/jacuzzi not in working condition as shown. Restaurant was closed and the terrace was closed as well. They could not locate the reservation done through Expedia either

Such a nice hotel, it’s small so there’s not that many guests. The staff is super nice & accommodating & you can’t beat the views from the rooms.

Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries. Staff were super friendly and access to the property was so easy. Great coffee and juice bar at your doorstep and a short 2 minute walk to the lake with stunning views of the volcanoes. The best of the property is the attention by part of Dynael, the house is beautiful and definitely I wanna copy the concept to make my own one. Definitely if I go to the lake that one will be my place to be.

It is a town in which the main economic income is commerce. It is famous to host a famous discotheque called Bukanas. Also, famous for its carnival parade in February. Nothing much in particular and has few tourist attractions.
