“Location and cleanliness ”

“Very spacious and comfortable lobby on the first floor, very clean rooms, but it is next to Highway 5, so it is quite noisy when sleeping at night.”

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Only cons are the highway traffic noise.Bathroom bath towels seemed a little thin.”

“Convenient location. Close to shopping, places to eat, and freeway without all the noise. Breakfast was good. The breakfast area was a bit cramped on Sunday, but the other days it was fine. We enjoyed the breakfast and on the weekends it stays open until 10a.m. Major plus after walking around Seattle and Pikes Market all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next trip up to Seattle. ”

“The hotel rooms are being updated which it needs. While our room was ok , it definitely needs to be updated so we're looking forward to that on our next stay. That being said even while being under construction the hotel was quiet and they did an excellent job in keeping the dust and noise to the very minimum. I do want to point out how great the staff is. Very friendly and helpful. Quick to help with any needs. This was our second stay in about a 1 1/2 years and it's nice to see some of the……

“My daughter had to have surgery. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. They went out of their way. Got a wheelchair and shower chair to help with her care ”
