“Everything was as described, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for my husband, two young children (ages 5 and 2), and our dog. It was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and thoughtful amenities like white noise machines, a child door/stair gate, toys, and a high chair were provided. Traveling with kids and getting out the door can be hard, so having a kitchen to make breakfast and brew coffee every morning was so convenient. Though we didn’t……

We were greeted with snacks in the refrigerator, fresh fruit on the counter and milk already there for the morning coffee.It is within walking distance of all the things you want to see in Annapolis, restaurants, maritime museum, the Naval Academy and shopping.Highly recommend, you wont go wrong.”

“I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. “In town for the Annapolis Sailboat Show. It was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed in the perfect spot!”

“The location of this apartment can't be beat. It's right next door to the Naval Academy and an easy walk to the shops on Main St. or the harbor. The house was very clean, and the host graciously provided a few snacks, coffee, bottled water, and basic toiletries. The host answered any questions we had immediately.
