Not what I had rented
Hello,To say that I was totally taken by surprise and also felt being taken advantage of is understatement. The rental was not what nothing like the description on the website. It advertised air conditioning but it was not true, there were fans, some were not even in good working condition,also the wall plugs were not working. We asked the landlord to relocate us, but he could not. We had screenshots of the listing on the VRBO website which stated that the rental had AC at the time we had made the reservations, however all that information was deleted once we had made the complaint. I had used VRBO before a few times and after this experience I don't know that I could do it again. I did call my bank and report and stop payment. We stayed one night and only because it was late and had nowhere to go that night. We communicated with the landlord about not staying and reasons for, he stated that he did not have any control on what was advertised on the VRBO website.
