“Staffing at the front desk is spotty. Continental breakfast was bad with bagged pastries. There were no spoons or bowls for the hot oatmeal. There were no more hot cups for coffee or tea. There's no excuse for running out of paper or utensil supplies - just sloppy & inattentiveness. Why bother even offering breakfast if the guests can't eat it?”

“酒店工作人员热情友好，房间及庭院整体上很有艺术氛围，早餐丰富可口。早晨及傍晚，在院子里的大树下坐坐，非常惬意！厨房设备齐全，到附近镇上的vans超市买点新鲜食材下次厨房，也是不错的选择！”

“The beach is very close and the hotel rooms are large, making it very suitable for a family vacation. The only problem is that there is no place to flush when you come back from the beach.”

“The Inn at Summer Hill is a quaint little hotel with lots of charm in the city of Summerland. I stayed here while visiting my niece and I would definitely stay here again. The room was like a little cottage, and it had a patio that overlooked the ocean. The staff at the front desk was amazing and went out of their way to comp me breakfast and coffee. I felt very safe as well. The only negatives are the Road Noise and nearby train and there doesn't seem to be a daily cleaning service-if so,……
