“My wife and I stayed at Melaya Estate for 3 nights in September 2025. The villa is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool and direct beach access. It's a quiet area, very peaceful. The staff is excellent. You tell them what you want from their menu and they bring the food to your villa at the specified time. The food is excellent. We are birders and the manager arranged for a driver to take us to the Bali Barat National Park, about 20 minutes away. We highly recommend these……

“10 out of 10. The complex has a pleasing layout - surrounded by padi fields and a small pool. Sitting in lounge chairs, we saw many birds (rails, herons and egrets, and swiftlets). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor bathroom was spacious and always had hot water. The food was simple, fresh and delicious. The owner immediately responded to our every request, recommended activities and restaurants, and arranged shuttles. He made it easy for us to enjoy rural Bali with……

“Nusa Bay is an unforgettable location and stay. Take the snorkelling or diving excursions to the reef - an absolute highlight with great guides like Lik Putu. Highly recommend the trip to get to Nusa Bay to see a lot of Bali. If you have a driver, ask for stops at waterfalls and traditional coffee and tea makers to experience more of the mountains between Ubud and West Bali National Park. “近くに両替できるところもなく、買い物も車で行かないとダメだと着いてから知りました。スタッフさんに相談したところ、代わりに両替してくれたりホテルの仕入れのついでにフルーツを買ってきてくれました。両替などレートも良く、手間賃を払っても元が取れました。レストランの料理も美味しいくて良心的価格なので助かりました。近くの高級ホテルでも食事しましたが、値段の差だけです。ツアーも色々ありジャワ島のイジェン山も行くことができました。バードウオッチングはとんでもない視力のガイドさんが次々に鳥を見つけてくれて楽しめました。ただデンパサール空港から5時間車に乗るのがネックですね。”
