Nice clean large resort with a great pool if you have kids, could definitely do with another pool for adults thys more zen like, I couldn’t imagine staying here if you were a couple. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. Great staff who were friendly and professional. The beach is having some work done and isn’t really a swimming beach but is lovely to be next to it.

The photos on the resort beach is deceiving, there is not such beach only a very small area that if you are lucky you get an spot clean. It is rocky and dirty. The water in the pool areas doesn’t look clean. I booked an ocean front view suite and they gave me a partial ocean view, I had to wait two days to get another one on an upper floor with the view. So the ocean view suite you see and choose from the site is not guaranteed that you’ll get it. Breakfast is terrible and the dining options are ok. Drinks and food are expensive I was expecting much better for the price of this hotel.

The presidential villa we stayed in had the best size for our group of six. It was well upkept. We just had hoped the villa came with utensils and cups and glasses ready. There was a kitchen but it was not well stocked. Hilton could have stocked it well and made it even more comfortable. One gripe we also had was the water pressure in the shower, there was little water pressure and almost non-working hot water. other than that we had a great stay, amazing and will recommend a visit.

Really great service ! I asked for late check out and they gave me extra 1 hour despite full occupancy. Also, loveeee the breakfast options. Different types of granola, Indonesian food, and the shaksuka is the best! Thank you really for the great service !

Overall experience was an excellent. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, there was a big travel group on the second day of our stay. People were very rude during breakfast and loud at night. I can still hear people singing and screaming at 10:30 pm when chilling on the balcony.
