“Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. “On arrival the told us that they just painted the shower floor and not to use it for an hour. Well 6 hours later still wet.y foot went right through the painted floor. They said they were full and they could not move us. That night I got food poisoning. So our stay here was not so great. We were so disappointed. The food was really good too. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful surroundings. The place definitely needs updates though.”

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Super 3-Sterne Hotel, besser als einige 4-Sterne Hotels in denen ich schon war. Die Zimmer sind topmodern (smart-room) und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Die Poolbar ist ebenfalls super, hin und wieder bekommt man einen Raki oder ähnliches von den Barkeepern ausgegeben :). Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr toll finde ich auch, dass sich das Hotel (vorallem die schwedische Barkeeperin) um Strassenkatzen kümmert, von den es in……

“We stayed at the Pela Mare Hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful choice. We arrived late for check-in, and the manager, Giorgos, was waiting for us. He showed us to our room and even helped with our heavy luggage. The hotel is located on the hill.
