"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "It's a little bit older hotel, but this doesn't mean that it is bad. It has a great charm, is very, very clean and well maintained. The owner takes great care of his hotel and is absolutely very helpful. If you have a wish he really tries everything to fulfill it. This hotel is family owned. The pool and surrounding areas are also very nice and clean. The direct access to the beach let you almost forget that you are on the island of crete. Very good for families with children. If I have the pleasure to come back to crete, it will be for sure my first choice. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation."

"Amazing stay at the resort! The pool and beach were both amazing, very comfortable sunbeds and very clean. Service was slightly lacking at the pool and restaurant and the prices for drinks by the pool were quite high. The buffet dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was good as well. The room was lovely and very clean. Overall, we would recommend as a resort but we would choose to stay closer to Old Town on our next visit."

Would be nice to have an atm in site but there is one across the road at their sister hotel where the beach is. Hope to be back again!"
