“Linens were all clean and bathroom was in good condition. However, the black mold in the window air conditioner is unsafe and unacceptable. We did not run the unit for fear of spreading the spores. This was reported when we checked out. Broken mirror and damaged laminate on cabinet did not hinder our stay but were sign of poor maintenance. “Such a wonderful weekend. The place was perfect. Our own private pool, hot tub, & sauna. Absolutely enjoyed the stay. We did have a mishap. We were charged twice for our room. After I noticed it and went back to the office, Jamie was a tremendous help. Very professional. At first it didn’t look like a mistake on their end. After a discussion Jamie saw the mistake. Apologized, and corrected it promptly. I say this not to put a negative on our stay, but quite the opposite. A mistake happened and……
