“The house is big and beautiful on the inside. Lots of room to kick back and play pool or watch tv. The outside area is a little small for a celebration but the pool was nice. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and the best part is Sydney. We had a few small problems early on, but she responded quickly and things were taken care of. Fun stay”

“Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Mesa. Our kids (8 and under) loved the pool area, which was nicely heated. I enjoyed the backyard views, saw rabbits, quail and birds active in the morning, very peaceful. House was nicely appointed and is in a great neighborhood, easy to get onto Loop 202. We took a day trip to Tortilla Flat, nice little drive from the house. Only odd things we encountered were HVAC maintenance knocking on our door at 8am one morning and the bathroom outlet in the master……

“We had 20 people, ages 2 and up, during our stay. The layout of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for a group of our size. The extra folding beds that were available were a nice addition. Pros: Great outdoor space with lots of seating, games, and a heated pool. The arcade games and soda machine were definitely used a lot by the kids/teens. Plenty of room in the garage and driveway. Host was very responsive. The best part was truly the room to spread out in the house, especially with 20 of us……

“We were visiting Mesa for a family gathering. The location was perfect for our needs and was a short drive to the local shopping area. The pool was the main center of activity during our stay. Our daughter was in it for several hours and the outdoor seating made it great for us to watch her and relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you need to cook and the bedrooms were really great for our daughters' age ranges (6 and 14). Overall, a really great property.”

“This home was in a perfect location for running around the PHX area. The beds were comfortable, kitchen full stocked, couch great for relaxation, and the pool was perfect for dipping and sun bathing. We liked the area so much we made an offer on the house across the street and bought a house on the other side of Hwy 202 two weeks later. House private too.”

“Perfect condo and location for us, just as described, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the pool area (hopefully the association will be getting more pool chairs though) and everything about the condo and back patio. Enjoyed all the kitchen utensils and extra small appliances the condo had, made cooking our own food super easy!”

“Enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the pickle ball court and basketball court. Didn't realize the pool wouldn't be heated, but that's on my end and unfortunately, it was a bit too cold for a swim. Overall the place was pretty clean!”

“Pros: We loved that this was in a normal neighborhood with other families around. It was quiet felt very safe. My adult daughters loved the decor in the house and it had a great vibe. They loved your coffee table, and the sage smudge stick and palo santo were great touches. The extra large king size bed in the main bedroom was awesome and super comfortable, and much needed with my 6 ft 4 in husband. We slept great in there! And since the master suite is HUGE, we loved having our own little……

“I was nervous this place would be “tight” with 8 adults and 3 kids but it was amazing! The rooms were so big and lots of rooms for playpens. Loved the yard. Wished the pool was heated so we could have enjoyed it more. But that’s minor.”
