Absolutely gorgeous 4 bed 2 bath that sleeps 18 comfortably.

Backyard is an entertainers dream. Has a beautiful sparkling pool with an amazing waterfall rock feature. BBQ and firepit. Huge patio with plenty of sitting area. Fans and speakers. pool can be heated for a daily or weekly fee.

Smart TVs in ALL the bedrooms and (2) 65" tvs in the living room and game room.
Cox Gigablast High speed internet and wifi.
Game room with PlayStation 1 2 and 3, Xbox One. An Arcade with 10,000 games to choose from.
Amazing pool table.
Smart TVs have all the apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney Plus. HBO Max.
Super high end Kitchen appliances for all your cooking or baking needs. All cooking supplies included.
Free parking inside the garage.
RO water system.

Theres a Movie theater, Mall and tons of excellent restaurants within a mile.

You will have the entire place to yourself. Excluding 2 locked cleaning supply closets. I do require photo ID after booking. You can send a picture through the messaging app here. Once confirmed I will send over instructions to access the property. I will issue a code to our front door right before arrival. **there are 4 cameras on the Exterior of the property.**

We will not be available in person. Guests can contact us at any time through here. We live close by and can assist if need be. We also have a maintenance crew if any repair is needed on the spot.

***PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME*** It costs us $750 to have a professional company come out to clean the home. You will be responsible for this amount if you do.

Great accommodation for large group

Sydney was a great host who was very responsive and communicated issues in a very timely manner. She was very accommodating to our group and the house perfect for our needs. Neighborhood was very pleasant and the pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids and the Arizona hot weather. Highly recommend!

Spacious house for AZ family vacation

We brought our family and some friends here for spring break and this house was perfect for us. Had extended family join us in the evenings for dinner and had plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool, pool table, arcade games, and multiple large TVs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Didn’t get code to house until landed in AZ but after that it was great. House was big enough for us all. Host answered any questions that I had and home was equipped with everything. Will definitely pick this home again for a stay. Wasn’t really far from a lot of places. Nice quiet neighborhood.

For starters the host was great very nice and replies fast to messages. The house was big with plenty of sleeping space. Very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints on this rental. I highly recommend this home. I will definitely be returning. Fully stocked Towel,toiletries, dishes, pots and pans.

Awesome House, Awesome Host!

Sydney our host is awesome and was able to accommodate my family by letting us enter the property prior to the 4pm deadline. She assisted and was available as needed.The property is beautiful and clean. The process for our stay was simple and the directions easy to understand. My family loved the house. Several things to do including, tv watching, video games, pool table, and arcade style games. We would have enjoyed the swimming pool had it not been too cold.I have nothing negative to say about the house or the host and would gladly stay here again!Thanks Sydney for allowing us to stay in your amazing property.

Only thing I recommend is don’t use the garage because the garage door doesn’t shut unless they get it fixed but the place was nice and clean. Also they need to get the front screen door handle little sticky, but very much enjoyed the place.

The property was beautiful. Was a great space for my daughters 15th birthday! The back yard was more then the pictures. Pool was a hit. The host was amazing quick to answer any concerns. There were a couple rooms in the back of house that seem to not cool down!!! Besides that everything else was awesome! We cannot wait to book in the future.

Mesa Boulder Creek Stay

Great place for size, what it offers. Kids disappointed pool was too cold to swim; Needs a deep cleaning! Light bulbs out or switches not working as labeled. Master bedroom ceiling light or fan inoperable. Dirty mop boards& junk behind some of the furniture, noticed when finding an outlet in master bedroom.
