“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ghent. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. The amenities were excellent, modern, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality food. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed……

“The building seemed pretty new, all clean and good sized rooms. However, the bodywash was empty, and the whatsapp numbers provided inside the rooms doesnt work. Breakfast is decent and fresh, no complaints about it. Staff were reasonably good, and no complaints too. After a long road trip with a family of 7 and occupying 2 rooms, we expected decent clean up and the rooms not having bodywash was disappointing. Also, the car park isnt free which we assumed is included in the charges already paid.-……

“Good hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. Room is small but it is expected. No kettle in room but you can get hot water in restaurants. Environment is good and comfortable. Location is good and have supermarket nearby. Overall it is highly recommended. ”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”
