Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

    Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

The property did not have adequate supplies, there were no extra trash bags, lacking soap and shampoo for a week for three people. TV was hard to use, guide was obsolete!! Furniture was very uncomfortable. Price was good which is why we chose the property, but not sure we would stay there again.

condo unit was fine, but property on-site assigned parking (1- reserved spot per unit) might be an issue if you are traveling in a full size pickup truck - very thin spots with limited access space.

We came with family for a soccer tournament. Condo was clean and stocked well. TV reception was poor and the TV in the great room had no color. We called management twice but didn’t hear back until Monday as we were checking out. Pool is very cold and small. But we still had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing

There was good reason that this rental was available for a 3 week stay last minute during high season. When we walked in the unit was very stuffy. There was an off smell caused by a dirty and putrefying garbage disposal which we fixed The unit did not appear to have been recently occupied and no one had checked it. I scrubbed out the tub before it could be used. The management did offer to send someone out to clean when I let them know it had been dirty, but I had already cleaned as I did not want to wait. They do not do anything about fire alarms chirping in the night which makes it impossible to sleep as they consider this low priority. We swapped out the batteries. In their welcome notebook they explicitly say they will not repair chirping alarms at night. They also do not change out batteries as part of routine maintenance so this is a common occurrence. I had not read about them not fixing nighttime chirping alarms and called about it (before 9pm). I hired someone to get to the alarm I could not reach and did not have a ladder for so I could sleep. Over $600 in management fees for the stay and paid for my own repair. I have stayed in 2 other Mesquite vacation rentals and both were both less expensive and nicer. This one was way too expensive for the quality. I did upgrade them for comfortable mattresses. Also be aware that the management and taxes added a full 50% to the bill. There is a nice park next door for dog walking. The unit was quiet and we could not hear our neighbors. Almost everything in the unit had a price on it for replacement. They must get many bad renters which is a bit creepy. It reminded me of the rentals being mocked on Twitter. I would not rent any unit managed by this property management company in the future.
