Our stay at this property was very disappointing. Upon arrival we encountered several serious issues:•A live cockroach in the dining area, which raised concerns about cleanliness.•Dirty kitchen utensils inside the dishwasher, including a spatula with food residue.•No basic cleaning supplies were provided (no sponge, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent).•The apartment was poorly equipped for 6 guests: only 3 glasses, 5 bath towels, and just 2 beach towels.•Communication with the host was extremely poor — she did not respond to messages for days, leaving us without support.
