\- For safety and compliance, the primary booker is required to complete a secure ID verification via an encrypted third-party app before check-in.

Communication with Silvia was great from the start. Room was clean and vibrant as well as the Arya. Staff was welcoming and private garage parking with very easy elevator access. The Coconut Grove location was beautiful. Right in the heart of Coconut Grove and all it has to offer walking out the front door. Easy drive into Miami and 95\. Would not hesitate to book with Silvia again.
