Ground floor apartment with 1 bedroom (with double bed) and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment features an open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for breakfast or lunch in the sun while enjoying a beautiful view of the pond. Located in the Golf Azur villa complex, within walking distance of the promenade, surrounded by greenery, and with an outdoor swimming pool (accessible from June 15 to September 15). An ideal spot for a relaxing holiday! Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. Wohnung war sauber. Terrasse ok, Wiese rund ums Haus.Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden, dafür eine Kaffeemaschine. Grill gab es auch keinen.Tiefgarage vorhanden. Opel Insignia passt problemlos rein.
