"Elevator would not operate down, so I had to take the stairs with my luggage. Staff knew it and didn’t say anything at checking. Why would to place a disabled person on the second floor. There is another hotel on both sides. Guess what my choice will be next time I pass through Bay City Texas."

"I don’t usually write reviews but this place was horrible. We stayed one night and there were 2 huge cockroaches on our room. And if those weren’t enough one got in my car as we were leaving. On top of that the ice machine doesn’t work. The pool was the only nice thing about our stay, I would never stay here again!"
